Most vehicles are not GTA 5 Singleplayer ready, unless written otherwise in the description. The models are not locked to FiveM - you can convert them to the Singleplayer or RageMP dlc.rpf format manually or with a tool like this.
Can I use modded cars in Online?
Entering Online Mode with modified game files is not possible as per Rockstar's guidelines and restrictions.
