License Agreement

1. Grant of License

When you purchase a DigitalLatvia product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download, install, and use the product on your own personal or community FiveM server(s).
  • Modify the product for your personal needs (e.g., handling, 3D model, textures, tuning, scripts), provided you do not remove DigitalLatvia branding or claim authorship.

2. Permitted Use

  • You may use the product on both private and public FiveM servers.
  • You may use the product on servers that accept donations or monetization, as long as you comply with FiveM’s monetization terms.
  • You may showcase the product in videos, streams, and promotional content, provided credit is given to DigitalLatvia.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, re-upload, share, or leak the product (whether in original or modified form).
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the product.
  • Bundle the product into “packs” or “collections” for resale or free release.

4. Server Monetization

  • Monetization (donations, paid access, VIP roles, etc.) is allowed if your server complies with FiveM’s official monetization policies.
