Which frameworks are your packs compatible with?

Vehicles and vehicle packs do not depend on a framework, they are Standalone and will work on any framework.

Each Script listing specifies which framework support is included. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

What game version do I need?

Our resources are designed for the latest stable version of FiveM. We recommend keeping your server and client up to date for the best experience.

Installation

How do I install my purchase?

After completing your order, you'll receive a download link via email. Follow our step-by-step Installation Tutorial for full instructions on adding resources to your FiveM server.

Refunds & Digital Products

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Because our products are digital downloads that are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered. Please review product descriptions and compatibility details carefully before purchasing.

What if my download link doesn't work?

If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us right away and we'll resolve it promptly.

Licensing & Usage Rights

What am I allowed to do with my purchase?

Each purchase grants you a single-server, non-transferable license. You may use the resource on your FiveM server or a server you play on. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited. See our full License Agreement for details.

Can I modify the files?

You may make modifications for your own server use. You may not redistribute modified versions. See the License Agreement for full terms.

How do I get support?

You can reach us on Discord or through our store's contact page, or via the Shop app. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Do you offer support for customization requests?

We offer custom orders. For bespoke modifications or integrations, contact us to discuss scope and pricing.
